Christopher Sapienza is the Founder of The Sapienza Group and is now a Group Partner with the Stacy Esser Group. Prior to starting his real estate business, Chris owned and operated a successful interior design business. Chris’s familiarity with architecture and homes allows him to provide valuable ideas for renovations and staging advice to his many buyer and seller clients.
Additionally, Chris brings over 20 years of sales management experience. Residential and commercial property owners and business professionals that Chris works with say he “speaks our language” and “understands our needs, wants, and pressures”. Chris’s corporate background has also helped him hone his incredible negotiating skills.
Chris currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Bergen Board of Realtors and is working to lead initiatives in professional development, government and legislative affairs, and community growth.
